Good bye, 2017

It's that time of the year again. New year has just started, leaving the old one behind. Time for new music, new albums, new artists and new festivals.
As always, this is also a time to take a look back and think for a moment to recall what the passing year brought to us.

It was always hard for me to remember all the tracks I liked in the year. So this time I made a playlist and every time I enjoyed some song (and it was released in 2017), I added it there.

That method gave me almost 180 tracks to think about in the end of the year. After playlist analysis, I can share my favorites of 2017 with you.

Direct - Abandon

I didn't expect much from today. It was another normal, boring Monday... Until I found out Direct released a new track, totally free. I followed the link, started the track and flew away... This song is so mysterious and nostalgic! Calm melody and slow, deep beat. Direct at his best!

Remastering time

K-391 is starting a year with a remaster of his 5 year old track "Electro-House". And it's even more awesome! And available for a free download of course.

Having the occasion to write something on the blog, I just want to inform you that I am preparing a big post for you all - A 2016 Year Summary. Yes! I will describe all the most important releases of the year which I collected through a whole year. I know it's almost February, and unfortunately, that said post will come out in February. But it doesn't matter, does it?

Warm Future Bass for cold days

Free EDM online again!

After recieving some e-mails with submissions I picked for you a fresh Future Bass tune from Nickv.

Now, I owe you some words of explaination:

Few months ago I tried to do something different on my channel. I spent all day on making a video and I was proud when I finally finished it (I was proud that day, but as I watched it today, I'm glad that no one saw it :) ). YouTube put the video down just after uploading it for some license reasons I wasn't aware of. That gave me such a demotivation, I gave up on my channel again. There were just a few uploads since that time.

Recently, somehow, my blog was mentioned on reddit, which gave me some views and new subscribers. Few upcoming producers sent me their work (you can hear one of them up here) and told me that they found me through this blog (which, I thougt, was a pretty empty place). So, once again, I'll try to be more active here and write more often than recently. I have some ideas to realize and I hope that I'll have enough motivation to handle that for longer period of time.
